The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to Article 2 of the Law "On Basic Principles of State Supervision (Control) in the Field of Economic Activity" (re securing Safe Use of Nuclear Energy)

Pursuant to the Law, the effect of the Law "On Basic Principles of State Supervision (Control) in the Field of Economic Activity" does not extend onto the relations that originate by implementation of the State supervision over observance of nuclear and radiation safety rules.

A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No.1397.
